Winnie’s world has been amazing at helping us with our dog who became reactive and started having a bad fear response to noises. Lauren suggested we should get him checked for pain alongside working on his behaviour. It turned out he has elbow dysplasia which may be impacting his behaviour, but he was not displaying a typical pain response. Managing this alongside working through the behavioural plan is giving us some great results, we are so pleased with his progress so far. The general support and advice Lauren has given us around all the aspects we have been dealing with has been so valuable. Lauren has helped us so much in supporting our dog’s anxiety on road walks and reactivity at home.
Her methods were tailored to his traits, and a great deal of time was taken getting to know him rather than offering generic advice.
The in-person sessions were full of practical demonstrations, follow up plans were clear and delivered very quickly and the WhatsApp check ins and contact was just right - always on hand if needed and check ins were regular, not constant.
I can’t recommend her highly enough!
